The Rundown:

The SEC opener is a big one for the Aggies. It is their first series test as well as the first ranked opponent for LSU. The best hitter for LSU has to be Dylan Crews. A projected top 5 MLB pick, Crews is currently top 5 in the nation for batting average. As a team, LSU is both top 10 in batting average and team ERA. LSU has 7 hitters batting over .300 and 8 pitchers with ERA’s under 2.10. This should be a tough series for the Aggies, but a prove it type for them.
